Penguin Beach on East Coast of Capetown

 Penguins play at "Penguin Beach" on the east coast of Capetown, South Africa, Nov. 15, 2010. The "Penguin Beach", which was initially established in 1982 with less than 10 penguins, has already have more than 4000 penguins now due to the protection of local residents and government.
